Introducing the Bishop Hill Fine Arts - Loft Guest Apartment. The
historic 1848 Carriage and Carpentry Building, that houses on the first floor, the Bishop
Hill Fine Arts shop, has had its 2nd. floor loft guest apartment lovingly restored and is now
available for nightly rental. First floor houses the Bishop Hill Fine Arts shop
that features merchandise created by over 73 local and area artisans in a wide variety of
mediums and crafts.
Established in 1848, the 2nd. floor guest apartment located in the
historic 1848 Carriage and Carpentry Building, has been lovingly restored
with all the modern conveniences without loosing any of the old world charm of the
1840's, into a 1 bedroom loft style guest apartment, complete with private bath, kitchen,
dining space, private bedroom, and living room with spacious windows overlooking the
beautiful Village Park of Bishop Hill. Loft apartment sleeps 4 -5 people comfortably.

shots of park scenes from living room windows. Pictured below is the
outside shot of our historic building the Carpentry and Carriage building that was built in
1848, where the loft apartment is located on the 2nd. floor. Village Park also has a nice
picnic and playground area for families to enjoy.
